Wildflowers at Yankee Boy Basin
Ahh, the mountains of Colorado. We love it here. We settled in an RV park in the old mining town of Ouray and then set out to explore some of the surrounding sights. The 4 wheel road past an old mine to Yankee Boy Basin at 12, 400 ft was first on our list. It is a gorgeous ride and some video can be seen here and here.

Air pretty thin up there? Leonard sounds a bit like a chipmunk.
You’re right on both accounts. He does sound kind of funny but I think it was the bouncing around!
Now that is some amazing stuff Catonzzzzz!!!! My stomach got all excited in the longer video along the rock over-hang!!! The photo’s are great (as always) and that blue sky is delicious. Again, how can you ever come back now!?!?!?
